Held ^{Transcript Request Form}

In some cases, students want their transcripts to be held until additional information has been added to them. Example of this include:

• Hold until grades for the current semester have been posted to the record.
• Hold for a grade change (specify term and course and expected grade due to a removal of an incomplete or successful appeal of a grade)
• Hold for degree notation (specify degree and date)

We ask that all requests for holds be filed no more than two weeks before the end of the term, the expected grade change, or graduation.
