A complete Indiana University transcript may be obtained from any IU campus (except Columbus). If you are not in the Indianapolis area, need a transcript immediately, but are located in or near another Indiana city which houses an IU campus, contact the Office of the Registrar at that campus to find out how you may pick up a transcript in person. Bloomington, East (Richmond), IPFW (Fort Wayne), Kokomo, Northwest (Gary) , South Bend, Southeast (New Albany) If you need a transcript today and don't live near a city with an IU campus, you can have a copy faxed by the Office of the Registrar, IU Bloomington for an additional fee. Visit this link for more information and the fax request form used by that campus. To receive a copy of your transcript, all financial obligations to the University must be clear/current. This includes your account with the Bursar (317) 274-2451 or Student Loan Administration (812) 855-4511. If you have any past balance due with any of these offices, there will be a "hold" on your record and we will not be able to issue your transcript. If you think you might have any past debt to any of these offices, please contact that office for clearance before issuing your transcript request.
